  • If you think you are guilty of the crime then you have to fully admit.

  • You should be aware of the extent of punishment that is involved with it.

  • After this a document called Statements of Facts will be read out to you

  • If you disagree with this fact then you will be asked for court trials.

  • If you agree to the facts then the court will convict you
